Terms of Service — MaskedClub

1. Platform access
MaskedClub is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence.
2. Creator rules
A masked face is mandatory on all public content. Only legal, consensual and aesthetic content is permitted. Any illegal content results in immediate account deletion.
3. Revenue
Creators keep 80% of generated revenue. MaskedClub charges a 20% commission on each transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe.
4. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your content. By publishing on MaskedClub, you grant the platform a non-exclusive display license.
5. Termination
MaskedClub reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these terms.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law.
